Clarity API · customer context

Let the next interaction use the relevant customer context.

A customer world model connects a person to their permitted signals, sources and interactions. Start by deciding what one product response should use, and how a reviewer will judge it.

Custom quote · Scoped pilot

A custom-quoted pilot. Access, input scope, integration responsibilities and evaluation are agreed before implementation.

Scope your API pilot

01

Separate what was said, observed and proposed.

Choose a relevant onboarding answer or interaction. Keep its source and allowed use visible. A proposed understanding of the customer must remain distinguishable from the observation behind it.

Illustrative context record
stated: an onboarding answer
observed: a relevant product interaction
proposed: an interpretation to review
scope: the next interaction allowed to use it

02

Define the consuming product boundary.

Agree how the product requests context and what response it should receive. Identify the integration owner, access arrangements and expected behavior. Public reference examples help scope this discussion; they do not provide immediate production access.

03

Make the changed response inspectable.

Connect the relevant input to a proposed response or next step. Review the source and reason before accepting the change, including what should happen when context is missing or an inference is mistaken.

04

Choose how to judge the pilot.

Agree representative cases, reviewer responsibility and a measurement design. Conversion or revenue observations need explicit attribution limits; a changed interaction alone does not establish causal lift.
